| Day 1 |

i am doing okkay so far
in fact, i did some running in the rain just now
and glad to be arrived safely in my room without passing out
hehehe

anyway, i have had 3 pears since morning
and i ran outta it now
wonder how will i survive until evening without any fruits
but i still have a bottle of mineral water
only manage to finish half until now
so i guess, i will just make do of what i have now
u know, as they say, if you are hungry, drink water
it helps to make you kenyang, kot..
but Alhamdulillah, i don't feel stressed or anything
at least, until now

i think it is all about your mind, right
ok, i know i am not in the position to say anything right now
given that it is my very FIRST day but then i guess
it is true.. it is all about our mind..
this morning, i had two of my colleagues eating nasi lemak in front of me
the smell of it.. malas nk cakap la sedap nye kn..
but then i tried to divert my attention
rather than imagining how delicious and mouth-watering the food is
and it worked! yes, it worked!
i forgot about the nasi lemak and the temptation
so, whenever u feel hungry, just think of something else
easy breezy right.. hahahahah..
kononnnn!

i have another 9 hours before i go to sleep tonight
and tomorrow is day-2
no fruits at all but only vegetables
yay! i love veggies..
