one foreigner student who has been MIA for the past 3 weeks suddenly came to class. he only came once, early this month.
me: where have u been all this while?
student: i came to class madam, but u were not there
me: how is that possible?
student: seriously madam. i went to the class but u were not there.
me: class, we did have class right for the past three weeks?
class answered yes.
student: but madam, i came.
me: ok, if u really came to the class, and i wasn't there, why din u go to the staff room and look for me?
student: i went but u were also not there.
me: ok. whatever.
exhibit 2
same student. and surprisingly he came to class again for the 3rd time.
me: ok. u have the values for R1 and R2. now, calculate the Rtotal using this formula (clearly written on the board)
student: i got 120 ohm, madam.
me: u shud get 280 ohm, try again. (while pressing the calculator to confirm)
student: i got 120 ohm.
me: just key in the value. I have already given u the formula. u can't be wrong.
student: it's 120 ohm, madam. this calculator is wrong.
(are u fucking kidding me? can a scientific calculator be wrong? i mean, boleh la but it's very rare kan?)
me: gimme the calculator, and let me try.
me: see.. 280 ohm
moral of the stories.
1. don't find trouble with your lecturer
2. don't give stupid reasons sampai boleh kene lempang
3. if u can't even use a calculator to calculate a very2 simple mathematics, ask urself why u r taking engineering
4. if u can't even solve 340 = 20 + I. Find I. then again, ask yourself, are u sure u want to read engineering??????????

Idya, tell me about it! Some of these foreigners mmg tahap patut kene lempang. But sometimes local students pun 2 x 5 je (which my calculator says is 10, betul tak cekgu?? hehehe)

sabar adalah separuh dr sabarudin...bestla..kekeke..mama i ckp.air beras yg ke3 ms nk msk nasi tu penawar darah tinggi...bole la cube bg mengelakkan dr kene darah tinggi ngajo budok tak brape pandai gitu..:D

Idya, tell me about it! Some of these foreigners mmg tahap patut kene lempang. But sometimes local students pun 2 x 5 je (which my calculator says is 10, betul tak cekgu?? hehehe)
sabar adalah separuh dr sabarudin...bestla..kekeke..mama i ckp.air beras yg ke3 ms nk msk nasi tu penawar darah tinggi...bole la cube bg mengelakkan dr kene darah tinggi ngajo budok tak brape pandai gitu..:D
